About Task Switching
This task measures cognitive flexibility - your ability to shift between different mental tasks.
- BLUE background = Low/High Task: Is the number low (1-4) or high (6-9)?
- ORANGE background = Odd/Even Task: Is the number odd or even?
- Press LEFT ARROW for Low / Odd
- Press RIGHT ARROW for High / Even
- Switch Cost = Switch RT - Repeat RT (the time cost of changing tasks)
